My name is Rita Figus, and I am a certified relaxologist, massage therapist, and coach.

Over the years, inspired by a deep passion for learning and enriched by trainings, numerous seminars, workshops, and active workgroups, my fascination with the world of holistic well-being has steadily grown. It has been a process of growth, discovery, and diving deeper into this captivating world that reveals itself more and more in its abundance and complexity.
I firmly believe that the balance between body, mind, and soul is the key to a fulfilling and healthy life.
My mission is to create a safe and inviting space where people can find the opportunity to reconnect with themselves in harmony. Through this balance, they can experience their lives with increased calmness, strength, positivity, and joy.
